The evolution continues with the HFC3000II controller which covers the full range of Fusion Hand Tools. High performance and flexibility in a compact controller and highly durable resolver-based servo motor on a proven hardware platform.

  • GFI protection along with Isolated Gate Bipolar Technology (IGBT) provides safe operation
  • 100~240VAC single phase power 80W/hr*.
  • Fully digital / programmable system (eliminates analog potentiometers)
  • 64 programmable parameters sets (part programs) that can be stored into Flash ROM, no battery backup required
  • External communication with Ethernet (HFC software), (2) RS-232 ports and optional Fieldbus connectivity (DeviceNet, Ethernet I/P, Profibus, CClink,etc.)
  • Large, bright 6,3,3 digit LED Display (2 rows) located on front panel with easy to operate cursor function (dedicated buttons)
  • Plug-in firmware flash connector for quick and easy firmware updates
  • Large accept/reject LED indicators including batch counting feature & indication
  • Automatic tool identification system to confirm correct tool operation
  • Removable I/O terminal for quick exchange without disconnection of wiring
  • Bottom side connection of all cables/wiring
  • Store up to 10,000 cycles of of fastening data, 100 curve data and 500 reject/abnormal history automatically
